These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and tableph ("tableph," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the tableph website located at tableph.win and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service provided by tableph, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the tableph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. 2.1 Age Requirement. 2.2 Geographic Eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. tableph operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight and primarily serves users in the Philippines. You must not access or use the tableph platform if doing so is prohibited under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) tableph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). In compliance with PAGCOR's KYC requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, tableph may require you to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions or suspension. tableph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending KYC completion.

2.5 Account Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account information if any details change. tableph is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tableph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify tableph immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. tableph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

tableph customer support will never ask you for your password. Any communication purportedly from tableph requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your tableph account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify tableph of a security breach and tableph has had a reasonable opportunity to act on such notification.

4.1 Accepted Methods. tableph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and USDT (cryptocurrency), subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits displayed in your account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on tableph is ₱50 Philippine Pesos. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by tableph within the timeframes indicated in the account dashboard. tableph reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that are verified under your tableph account. We do not transfer funds to third parties.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on tableph are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.5 Transaction Responsibility. You are responsible for verifying all deposit and withdrawal details before submission. tableph is not liable for funds sent to incorrect payment account details provided by you.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. tableph complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We reserve the right to investigate and report suspicious financial activity to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

5.1 General. tableph offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will govern.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses credited to your tableph account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion, after which unused bonus funds will expire.

5.3 Abuse and Fraud. tableph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a User has abused the bonus system, exploited software errors, engaged in arbitrage or matched betting using bonus funds, or otherwise violated these Terms. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will result in permanent ban and forfeiture.

5.4 tableph Coins. The tableph Coins loyalty program operates under its own terms. Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Coins expire upon account termination and are non-transferable.

All games available on tableph — including slots, live casino titles, bingo, and sports betting — operate according to their respective game rules as presented within the game interface. By participating in any game on tableph, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All random number generator (RNG) games on tableph are supplied by licensed game developers and independently certified by recognized testing laboratories for fairness and accuracy of published return-to-player (RTP) percentages. tableph does not and cannot modify game outcomes.

• Engage in money laundering or use tableph to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity;
• Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software;
• Register multiple accounts or use another person's account;
• Provide false identity information or impersonate another person;
• Engage in charge-backs or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.

Violation of any of the above prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

All content on the tableph platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and game content — is the property of tableph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the tableph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any tableph content without prior written consent from tableph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tableph, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.

tableph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your tableph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tableph does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

tableph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, regulatory requirement, or extended account inactivity. In cases of account termination for rule violations, tableph may withhold account balances pending investigation.

You may close your tableph account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closing your account, any verified, unwagered balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after all pending bonus wagering requirements are assessed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the tableph platform shall first be submitted to tableph's internal dispute resolution process via customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

tableph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tableph will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the tableph platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
